A registered nurse with a true talent for helping people feel and look their best, Rachel Ryan, owner of Refined by Rachel Ryan, works to help slow the aging process for her clients. “I offer neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport which soften lines and wrinkles,” she says. “My goal is to use technology and medical procedures to help accentuate one’s natural features.”

Accentuating the positive has helped her during the Pandemic as well. “As a new business owner, COVID hit three months after I opened and caused a lot of stress,” she says. “However, with hard work and determination I was able to return to work and put in place added safety measures.”

Now that she is up and running, Ryan wants to help someone who gives selflessly to others. When Columbia Bank approached her about the Pass It On Project, she was excited to collaborate. “I’m pampering a deserving mom that might not typically be able to treat herself to these kinds of treatments and Columbia Bank is paying the bill,” says Ryan. “Moms do it all, oftentimes with no appreciation or recognition, so with Columbia Bank’s financial help, I’m going to provide a service to a mom has always wanted to try.”
