Since 1968, the family-owned Priest River Ace Hardware has served this community by both providing all their hardware needs, as well as giving back. “We love this place and our customers and feel privileged to be a part of this community,” says owner Michelle Hurd.

Being an essential service, Hurd and her team have really stepped up for their customers during the pandemic. “Our entire staff has put in extra time and extra energy to help customers get through COVID with phone orders, drive up delivery and more,” says Hurd

They were excited by Columbia Bank’s invitation to continue their efforts to help the community and knew just the perfect way to help. Priest River Ace Hardware is providing building materials to Priest River Elementary, Idaho Hill Elementary and Priest Lake Elementary for arts and crafts classes, and Columbia Bank is paying the bill. “We feel so many people are in need right now, and with Columbia Bank’s support, we will be able to purchase the extra items that will help during this difficult time,” says Hurd.
