A relatively new business, Montgomery Construction of Salem, Oregon launched in 2017 to offer the community a general contractor that has a passion for customer satisfaction. “We build and renovate projects with a customer first mentality,” says owner Chad Montgomery. “We specialize in smaller commercial tenant improvements and selective residential work – all with an eye toward total satisfaction.”

Their commitment to service and the increased need for construction have left Montgomery Construction largely unaffected by the pandemic. “We have been so lucky, but there isn’t a day that goes by when we don’t think about those who have suffered so much.”

Their good fortune, yet empathy for others, is a big reason why Montgomery Construction is partnering with Columbia Bank’s Pass It On Project. Wanting to give back to the community they love, Montgomery Construction is providing services to their neighbors in need and Columbia Bank is paying the bill. “We are going to pass it on with work for local community members we know who need some support,” says Montgomery. “There are so many people struggling, and with Columbia Bank’s help, we are going to do everything we can to help them out.”
