For nearly 40 years, Mid-Columbia Eye Care Center in Pasco, Washington has been providing vision treatment and corrective lens for their clients. A business based on loyalty and trust, most of the employees have worked at the Center for 20 years or more. According to owner Dr. Daniel Perdue, “My team and I believe that we have a critical duty to ensure our patients get the best care and treatment for their vision.”

It was this commitment to patients that led owners, Dr. Daniel Perdue and Dr. Nicholas Gubler, and their team to rework their entire operation to be able to continue to see patients during the pandemic. “Because we have an amazing and responsive team, we were able to change our patient and office protocols so that we could continue to provide care within one month of the beginning of the pandemic,” says Gubler.

While Mid-Columbia Eye Care Center was able to continue seeing patients, many others have been less fortunate in the community hit hard with job losses. So the team at Mid-Columbia Eye Care Center are Passing It On by providing $500 toward exams and hardware to several individuals in the Pasco area. With Columbia Bank footing the bill, Mid-Columbia Eye Care Center is helping to ensure that patients continue to see clearly into a better future.
