For more than 22 year’s Lora’s LeGarmache has provided tasty meals for parties and events on both sides of the State of Washington. In that entire time, owner and head chef, Lora Spafford has delighted customers with an amazing variety of meals and treats.

Despite tremendous success over the past two decades, the pandemic has hit the business hard. “Our sales have been deeply cut,” says Spafford. “One of the hardest things for us right now is that we aren’t allowed to provide service to receptions due to COVID.”

Undaunted, Spafford is helping out in her community where she can. Her operation jumped at the opportunity to join Columbia Banks’ Pass It On Project. With Columbia Bank covering the bill, LeGarmache Catering is providing free meal kits to the children within the local school district. “The schools have gone above and beyond to make sure their kids are taken care of,” says Spafford. “With resources from Columbia Bank, we are going to make sure they get good food during this difficult time.”
