With big yellow trucks and 20 years of experience, Jammie’s Environmental can handle just about any industrial cleaning job there is. “We started in 2000 with just a few employees, one vacuum truck and the office in my 900 square foot home,” says owner Jammie Scott. “Today we roll multiple vehicles and handle many projects large and small.”

As an essential service, Jammie’s Environmental didn’t slow down a bit during the worst of the pandemic, but the challenges remained in keeping their employees and customers safe. “We really had to redo our protocols and mask mandates to make sure we could operate effectively, but safely,” says Scott.

Now, Scott wants to do what he can for those still suffering. Joining in on Columbia Bank’s Pass It On Project, Jammie’s Environmental is helping a women’s and children’s shelter in need and Columbia is paying the bill. “We are provide excavation services for a local women’s shelter to expand their space,” says Scott. “With help from Columbia Bank, we are going to help them create a larger area for the women and their children.”
