Combining high-tech with high-touch, Arch + Ink cosmetic tattoo and skin care shop in Boise, Idaho is a truly unique experience. Utilizing microblading, hydrafacial and other cutting-edge techniques, Arch + Ink tailors its services to each client. “I want to help my clients feel more confident and radiant in their own skin,” says owner Jodi Wolverton.
Yet the high-touch nature of her business has been an Achilles heel during the pandemic. “COVID has been challenging and unpredictable because we are a business that relies so heavily on being hands on,” says Wolverton. “But I was able to pivot and shift my business while we were shut down to contactless deliveries.”
With closure in the rear-view mirror, Wolverton is looking to give back to some of her clients and was excited when Columbia Bank approached her about the Pass It On Project. “I’m providing skin care pampering to seven clients who can really use it,” she says. “With homeschooling, working, and everything else, these women give so much of themselves, and with Columbia picking up the tab, I’m going to take care of them for a change!”
